House Introduction

This is a detached villa located in Chua Chu Kang. The house has a simple, clean and tidy decoration style. The living room and dining room are spacious and bright, where students can chat, read and eat. There is a big courtyard outside the kitchen, where students can play sports in the morning.

There is a single triple room and two quadruple rooms for homestays, each with its own bathroom; The bedroom is very spacious, and the owner has prepared a desk and wardrobe for each student.
The host is a real estate agent, and the hostess is a professor from the National University of Singapore. The family also has an experienced nanny who cooks delicious meals for the children every day.

The location of the host family is also very good. It is a 3-5 minute walk to the MTR station and a half hour ride to downtown Singapore.
